Returns & Refund Policy

I understand that sometimes circumstances arise that require you to seek a return or refund. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with this Returns & Refund Policy, which applies to purchases made through lauraprpich.com.

1. Physical Products

Books, creative bundles, art prints, and other physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent incorrectly.

Once the returned item has been received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photographs of the issue.

I will do my best to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

3. Workshops & Retreats

Workshop and retreat registrations are non-refundable once purchased.

If you are unable to attend, please contact me as soon as possible. Where possible, I may offer a transfer to another scheduled workshop or allow your registration to be transferred to another person.

Any transfer or rescheduling is subject to availability and is considered on a case-by-case basis.

If I need to cancel or significantly change a workshop or retreat, you will be offered the option of transferring your registration or receiving a full refund.

4. Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable workbooks, resources, or other digital content, are non-refundable once purchased or accessed, due to the nature of digital products.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital purchase, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

5. Third-Party Purchases

If you purchase a product or service through a third-party platform, including payment processors, booking platforms, or other websites, that purchase may also be subject to the third party's terms and refund policies.
